We loved the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of cheese. The hotel had a shuttle to nearby attractions, including a mountain with a stunning city view. We also appreciated how close this hotel was to everything. In less than 10 minutes, we could catch a taxi and be in the heart of the city, located in a nice neighborhood overlooking the city.

the hotel was situated on a beautiful mountain with stunning views of the city. the neighborhood was lovely and gave a pleasant atmosphere to the stay. the rooms were clean and well maintained, with modern bathrooms and great service. the breakfast was very satisfying with an excellent variety of dishes. the hotel had fantastic spa facilities that created a luxurious experience.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision! The spa facilities were one of the best parts, with hot thermal water to relax our muscles after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with freshly baked pastries and a variety of local cheeses. We appreciated the convenient location near the bus station and some great local restaurants.

While the rooms were comfy and spacious, they lacked some character and charm. The staff was mostly friendly, but there were a few issues with our room keys not working properly.

in Booked.net it said that tax r included, but hotel charged me extra tax.the staff did not help me to arrange my journy to Istanbul and asked me to call the fairy myself, which I could not do because they speak only Turkish.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved the luxurious and comfortable rooms and the thermal bath offered perfect relaxation. the location was a plus as well as it offered easy access to downtown and the beautiful nature. the breakfast buffet was rich and tasty, with a variety of options to choose from.

The poor service at the reception and the lack of English-speaking staff. the room heating was way too high and I couldn't adjust it, making it uncomfortable at times.
